液体疗法广泛的应用于临床各科,但由于致热原,液体或药物被污染、变质,输液用具不洁或变质(如胶管变质),液体选用不当,药物配伍错误、输液过多、过快等原因,常可在输液过程中引起严重反应,如不及时处理,可危及生命。一、发热反应:在输液反应中,较为常见,而且可致超高热,以夏秋季多见,笔者曾报告11例超高热,其中有4例为输液反应引起。其临床特点为:在输液过程中患者突然畏寒、颤抖、迅速转为高热或超高热,严重者发绀、心跳快、脉细、甚至休克及心律失常,
