自从六十年代末Hellbrugger及Pechstein等制订了所谓“慕尼黑发育月龄”,作为筛查婴儿身心发育异常的指标以来,由于简明准确,易于掌握,对条件受限的儿科基层单位尤为适用,故评价颇高,现已相继在西欧诸国推广。我们于1984年11月~1985年2月也按此法测试了大连市内689名2岁以下的婴儿,以检验其是否适用。兹初步报告如下。
