佛手散对大鼠血液流变性的影响

目的:研究佛手散对肾上腺素加冰水应激所致急性血淤大鼠血液流变学的影响,以及对正常大鼠血小板聚集率和黏附率的影响。方法:①大鼠随机分为6组,连续灌胃给药8d,除正常组外其余各组均于第7天皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素再施以冰水浸泡制作急性血淤模型大鼠,次日测定全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等指标。②大鼠随机分为5组,连续给药10d,测定红细胞数、血小板数、血红蛋白浓度以及血小板黏附率和ADP诱导的血小板聚集率。结果:佛手散组和当归、川芎组均能降低急性血淤大鼠全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳指数等指标。同时还能降低正常大鼠的血小板聚集率和血小板黏附率,提升红细胞数、血小板数、血红蛋白浓度。但同剂量的当归、川芎单味药作用不如佛手散显著。结论:佛手散能明显改善大鼠血液流变性,有显著活血化淤的功效,同时还有补血养血的作用,其功效大于当归或川芎的单味药。 OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Foshun powder on blood rheology of rats with acute blood stasis caused by adrenalin and ice water stress, and the effect on the platelet aggregation rate and adhesion rate of normal rats. METHODS: 1 Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups and continuously administered for 8 days. Except normal group, all other groups were subcutaneously injected with epinephrine hydrochloride on the 7th day and then soaked in ice water to make acute blood stasis model rats. Daily determination of blood viscosity, reduced viscosity of whole blood, hematocrit, red blood cell aggregation index, red blood cell electrophoresis index and other indicators. 2 Rats were randomly divided into 5 groups and were continuously administered for 10 days. Red blood cell count, platelet count, hemoglobin concentration, platelet adhesion rate, and ADP-induced platelet aggregation rate were measured. RESULTS: Both the bergamot group and the Chinese angelica group and the Chuanxiong group were able to reduce the indexes of whole blood viscosity, reduced blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, red cell electrophoresis index and other indexes in acute blood stasis rats. At the same time can also reduce the normal rat platelet aggregation rate and platelet adhesion rate, increase the number of red blood cells, platelet count, hemoglobin concentration. However, the same dose of Angelica, Chuanxiong single herb is not as effective as bergamot. Conclusion: Foshosan can obviously improve the hemorheology of rats, and has the effect of promoting blood circulation and dehydration. At the same time, it also has the effect of supplementing blood and nourishing blood. Its efficacy is greater than that of Angelica or Chuanxiong.
