目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮性小鼠抗DNA抗体水平的动态变化与疾病严重程度之间的关系。方法测定了不同月龄的狼疮性BXSB小鼠的各种抗DNA抗体,血尿素氮和尿蛋白质浓度。结果BXSB小鼠抗DNA抗体量的动态变化无规律性,但血尿素氮和尿蛋白质的浓度随鼠龄的增加而逐步升高。结论抗DNA抗体水平并不与BXSB小鼠疾病的严重程度相平行,提示在诊断SLE或判断其严重程度时应测定多项实验指标为宜
Objective To investigate the relationship between the dynamic changes of anti-DNA antibody levels and the severity of disease in systemic lupus erythematosus mice. Methods Various anti-DNA antibodies, blood urea nitrogen and urinary protein concentrations were measured in lupus BXSB mice of different months. Results The dynamic changes of the amount of anti-DNA antibodies in BXSB mice were irregular. However, the concentrations of blood urea nitrogen and urine protein gradually increased with the increase of the age of the mice. Conclusion Anti-DNA antibody level is not parallel with the severity of BXSB mice, suggesting that a number of experimental indicators should be determined in the diagnosis of SLE or its severity
