目的探讨住院患儿家属儿童健康保健知识水平及需求情况。方法该次收集了该院2016年1—12月儿科就诊并住院患儿家属120名(120例患儿)作为研究对象,选择该院自拟的调查问卷调查患儿家属儿童健康保健知识水平及需求情况,对所获数据进行全面分析总结。结果仅有80.0%患儿家属曾接受儿童健康保健知识教育,但知识涉及范围并不专业、广泛;患儿家属对健康保健知识的知晓率低,并缺乏医学急救与健康行为方面的知识;患儿家属对儿童保健知识需求程度高,均期望可经相关途径获得专业、全面的指导。结论患儿家属对儿童健康保健知识知晓率知之甚少,应建立多学科、多专科儿童健康教育中心,为儿童家属提供系统的儿童健康保健知识,以便提高儿童家属对儿童健康保健知识的知晓水平。
Objective To investigate the knowledge and demand of health care among children in hospitalized children. Methods This study collected 120 children (120 infants) from January to December 2016 in pediatrics department of Peking University from January to December in 2016 and selected the questionnaire surveyed by the hospital to investigate the health care knowledge of children and their families. Demand situation, a comprehensive analysis of the data obtained summary. Results Only 80.0% of the children had their children’s health care knowledge education, but the scope of their knowledge was not professional and extensive. The families with children had low awareness of health care knowledge and lack of knowledge on medical first aid and health behaviors. Children and their families have a high level of knowledge on child health care and hope to obtain professional and comprehensive guidance through relevant channels. Conclusion There is little knowledge about the children’s health care knowledge among their families. Children’s health education center should be set up to provide children’s family members with a systematic knowledge of child health care in order to improve their knowledge of children’s health care knowledge .
