云南丽江军分区党委在指导人武部学习贯彻十六大精神中,理出“原原本本学报告、深钻细研悟实质、以学习促工作”的思路,注重抓好“三个结合”: 一、把“硬”内容和“活”时间结合起来。学习内容上,把十六大报告分成若干个部分,每次学习安排一至两个部分;学习时间上,不作规定,由各单位根据实际情况灵活掌握,但必须在规定的时间内把学习任务完成好。这种对学习任务作硬性规定,时间上由各单位灵活安排的学习方法,有效地调动了各人武部学习的主动性、积极性和创造性,解决了工学矛盾。
In guiding and instructing the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces in the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC, the party committee of the Lijiang Military Region in Yunnan Province has worked out the principle of “studying the original nature of the original report, deepening the study of essence and learning to promote work,” focusing on “three combinations”: “Hard” content and “live” time combined. Learning content, the report of the 16th CPC National Congress is divided into several parts, one or two parts for each study. There are no stipulations in the learning time, and all the units should be flexible according to the actual situation, but the learning tasks must be completed within the stipulated time it is good. This kind of rigid provision for learning tasks, time by the various units flexibly arranged learning methods, effectively mobilize the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of all units of the military learning to solve the contradiction between work and study.
