为了用穆斯堡尔效应更方便地真实地研究金属材料的相变、断裂、表面腐蚀等,我们研制了一台反射式穆斯堡尔谱仪,对谱仪上用的反射式正比计数器的窗口材料、计数器结构、封接方式等作了一些工作,摸索出一批经验数据,我们的反射式正比计数器可以改变入射γ射线与样品表面的角度,使用流动的氩+5%甲烷混合气或使用氦+5%甲烷混合气,能量分辨率优于25%,可以长期连续工作,对于不同形状的样品适应性强,更换样品方便。
In order to study the phase transformation, fracture and surface corrosion of metal materials more conveniently and accurately by Mossbauer effect, we developed a reflection Mossbauer spectrometer, Window material, counter structure and sealing method. Some experimental data were worked out. Our reflection proportional counter can change the angle of incident γ-ray with the surface of the sample. Using flowing argon + 5% methane mixture or The use of helium + 5% methane gas mixture, the energy resolution better than 25%, long-term continuous work, adaptability to different shapes of samples, easy to replace the sample.
