从服务水平、政策支持、运营效率三方面选取了11个指标,构建了公交发展水平评价体系,对2014年云南省16个城市的公交发展水平进行了评价。在运用主成分分析法测算城市公交发展水平的基础上,从投入产出角度构建了面板数据DEA模型,分析了影响城市公交运营效率的主要因素,并对运营效率进行了评估。结果显示,云南省16城市公交发展水平差异显著,呈现出昆明及其毗邻城市公交发展水平较高,且向外围城市递减的圈层状空间格局;在公交运营效率方面,仅有昭通和丽江达到了DEA总体有效,其余城市均处于总体无效状态。
Eleven indicators were selected from three aspects: service level, policy support and operational efficiency. The evaluation system of bus development level was constructed and the bus development level of 16 cities in Yunnan Province was evaluated in 2014. Based on Principal Component Analysis (PCA), the DEA model of panel data is constructed from the perspective of input-output. The main factors affecting the efficiency of urban bus operation are analyzed, and the operational efficiency is evaluated. The results show that there are significant differences in the level of public transportation development in 16 cities in Yunnan Province, showing a circle-like spatial pattern with a higher level of public transportation in Kunming and its adjacent cities and decreasing to the peripheral cities. In terms of bus operation efficiency, only Zhaotong and Lijiang reached DEA overall effective, the remaining cities are in an overall invalid state.
