塑料薄膜袋已广泛应用于医疗卫生工作中,如装中药冲剂的塑料袋、输血用的装血袋等。这些塑料薄膜袋制品最后都需要封口。我们利用废旧材料,制成简单、适用的塑料薄膜电热粘合机,使用效果很好,现介绍如下。原理:塑料薄膜利用电热能粘合,在粘合中采用电子定时器,控制电热的时间,使塑材薄膜能紧紧粘合。元件选择与调试使用:见附图,电子定时器采用集基偶合单稳电路,K_2为市售微动开关,常闭点接 B,常开点接 A。J 为内阻2,000欧姆,额定电压8~12伏高灵敏度继电器。B_1为废旧的71型光电比色计好的电源变压器。ZD 为指示灯,取耐压为8~12伏灯泡。R(?)
Plastic film bags have been widely used in medical and health work, such as loading Chinese medicine granules in plastic bags, transfusion of blood bags and so on. These plastic film bags eventually need to be sealed. We use waste materials, made of simple, suitable plastic film electric bonding machine, the use of good results are as follows. Principle: plastic film using electric heat bonding, bonding in the use of electronic timer, control of electric heating time, so that the plastic film can be closely bonded. Components Selection and Debugging Use: See attached figure, the electronic timer set base coupled monostable circuit, K_2 for the commercial microswitch, normally closed point B, normally open point then A. J is an internal resistance of 2,000 ohms, rated voltage 8 to 12 volts high sensitivity relay. B_1 is a good power transformer for the discarded 71 Photoelectric Colorimeter. ZD for the indicator, take the pressure to 8 to 12 volt bulb. R (?)
