某结核实验楼空气中结核分枝杆菌污染状况研究

目的了解结核专用实验室空气中结核分枝杆菌(MTB)污染状况,评估实验室生物安全。方法用改良罗氏L-J培养基平板自然沉降采样法,对某结核实验楼专用实验室空气中结核分枝杆菌污染状况进行实验评价。结果在结核专用实验室洁净区空气中未检出MTB,在半污染区检出2株MTB,在污染区检出10株MTB。含MTB活菌操作和人员活动频繁的实验区域空气MTB污染较为严重,实验人员不规范的工作方式成为MTB空气污染的主要因素。结论结核专用实验室空气中存在MTB空气污染,应严格规范实验人员操作规程,同时要做好生物安全防护。 Objective To understand the MTB contamination in the air of TB laboratory and to evaluate the laboratory biosafety. Methods In this paper, we used the modified Roche L-J medium flat sedimentation sampling method to evaluate the airborne Mycobacterium tuberculosis contamination in a laboratory dedicated to a tuberculosis laboratory. Results No MTB was detected in the air of the clean area of ​​TB laboratory, 2 MTBs were detected in the semi-polluted area and 10 MTBs were detected in the polluted area. MTB air pollution in the experimental area containing MTB live bacteria and frequent personnel activities is more serious, and irregular working methods of the experimenters become the main factors of MTB air pollution. Conclusion There is MTB air pollution in the air of tuberculosis laboratory, and the rules of laboratory personnel should be strictly regulated. At the same time, biosafety protection should be done.
