上海市黄浦区打浦桥社区老年居民营养知识、行为、态度调查分析

目的了解上海市黄浦区打浦桥社区老年人对于营养知识的获取所持有的态度,评价其获取营养的行为,为进一步改善该社区老年人营养状况提供依据和参考。方法 2013年10月在卢湾区打浦桥社区2个居委中抽取到社区医院就诊的60名老年居民作为调查对象。对调查对象进行问卷调查。计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果调查对象的膳食宝塔知晓率均较低,仅为26.7%,主要营养素的食物来源及食物的特殊作用,分别为78.3%和68.3%;对于食盐及食用油的推荐摄入量知晓度为38.3%。不同性别、年龄调查对象的营养知识知晓情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同文化程度调查对象的营养知识知晓情况比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。56.7%的调查对象在选择食物时最注重食物的营养价值,36.7%的在选择食物时更注重对食物的喜好和感观,仅有6.7%的表示更注重食物的价格。50.0%的调查对象表示平时会注重用营养的原则来指导膳食,21.7%的表示仅在特殊情况下才注重用营养的原则来指导膳食。最希望的营养知识获得途径的前3位分别是报刊杂志、宣传栏和黑板报以及讲座,分别占40.0%、28.3%、25.0%。结论该社区老年居民营养知识知晓率低,知识结构不够全面,仍有不少居民在选择食物时主要根据对食物的喜好和价格,不过绝大多数调查对象愿意接受报刊杂志、宣传栏和黑板报以及讲座等方式进行营养知识的教育。 Objective To understand the attitudes of older people in access to nutritional knowledge in Dapuqiao community in Huangpu District of Shanghai and to evaluate their access to nutrition, so as to provide basis and reference for further improving the nutritional status of the elderly in this community. Methods In October 2013, 60 elderly residents from 2 community committees in Dapuqiao community of Luwan District were enrolled in the community hospital for investigation. Survey the respondents. Count data using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The awareness rate of dietary pagodas of respondents were only 26.7%, the main sources of food and the special effects of food were 78.3% and 68.3%, respectively. The awareness of the recommended intake of salt and cooking oil was 38.3 %. There was no significant difference in nutritional knowledge among different gender and age subjects (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in the nutritional status of respondents from different educational level (P> 0.05). 56.7% of the respondents in the choice of food, the nutritional value of the most attention food, 36.7% in the choice of food more emphasis on food preferences and perceptions, only 6.7% said they pay more attention to the price of food. 50.0% of the respondents indicated that they would normally pay attention to the principle of nutrition to guide the diet, while 21.7% said that they should pay attention to the principle of nutrition to guide the diet only under special circumstances. The three most sought after ways to obtain nutrition knowledge are newspapers, magazines, bulletin boards, blackboard newspapers and lectures, accounting for 40.0%, 28.3% and 25.0% respectively. Conclusion There is a low level of awareness of nutritional knowledge among the elderly residents in this community, and the knowledge structure is not comprehensive enough. There are still many residents who mainly choose foods based on their preference and price. However, most of the respondents are willing to accept newspapers, magazines, bulletin boards and blackboard newspapers As well as lectures and other ways of nutrition knowledge education.
