我厂材料資金占用額,在1962年清仓以后一度下降,1963年二季度后又逐漸上升,比清仓当时增加了17.18%。以后时降时升,总是达不到要求。材料占用資金虽然大,在供应方面却还經常感到資金不足,物資积压現象不断发生。产生这种情况的原因,主要是由于企业管理的基础工作不够健全,对各項材料,特别是对輔助材料和修理用的配件的消耗定額和儲备資金的管理薄弱。为了克服企业管理上这个薄弱环节,切实加强材料資金管理,我厂于今年三月中旬,在建筑工程部工作组的直接帮助下,从提高思想认識入手,开展了核資工作。經过近三个月的努力,这項工作已基本完成,
The occupancy of our factory’s material funds once fell after the clearance in 1962, and then gradually increased after the second quarter of 1963, an increase of 17.18% compared with the time of clearance. When the time goes by, it always falls short of the demand. Although the capital occupied by materials is large, it is often felt that the funds are insufficient and the backlog of goods continues to occur. The reason for this is mainly due to the insufficiency of the basic work of enterprise management and the weak management of the consumption quotas and reserve funds for various materials, especially for auxiliary materials and repairs. In order to overcome this weak link in business management and earnestly strengthen the management of material funds, in mid-March of this year, with the direct help from the Working Group of the Ministry of Construction and Engineering, the plant started to improve its ideology and carried out nuclear capital work. After nearly three months of hard work, this work has basically been completed.
