零售业较早的全面开放致使中国零售企业面临着巨大的挑战,不断提升自身国际竞争力,开展国际化经营是一个可供选择的战略。本文首先就零售企业国际化概念进行界定,然后从我国大型零售企业国际化的可能性进行分析,最后从选择恰当的战略模式、选择合适的目标国、选择合理的投资方式、构建国际化知识集聚的组织学习机制等四个方面,提出我国大型零售业应该采取的战略措施。 The early and comprehensive opening of the retail industry has caused China’s retail companies to face enormous challenges. Continuously improving their international competitiveness and developing international operations are an alternative strategy. This article first defines the concept of internationalization of retail enterprises, and then analyzes the possibility of the internationalization of large-scale retail enterprises in China. Finally, it selects the appropriate strategic model, chooses the right target country, chooses a reasonable investment method, and builds international knowledge. The four aspects of organizational learning mechanisms include the strategic measures that should be taken by large-scale retailers in China.
