本文在实焊和利用扫描电镜对镀锌钢板点焊接头断口观察的基础上,详尽地分析了焊点表面镀锌层烧损、电极磨损和接头强度低的原因。文中对镀锌钢板点焊和凸焊的特点进行了对比分析。由于凸焊加热集中,可用较小的电流焊接,因此,焊点表面镀锌层烧损和电极磨损较轻。凸焊可将镀锌钢板之间的锌镀层挤出,从而获得优质接头。
Based on the observation of the fracture of the spot welded joints of galvanized steel by real welding and scanning electron microscopy, the reasons of burning loss, electrode wear and low joint strength of the galvanized coating on the welding spot are analyzed in detail. In this paper, galvanized steel spot welding and projection welding characteristics were compared. As the convex welding heat concentration, available smaller current welding, therefore, the surface of the spot welding zinc coating burning and electrode wear lighter. Projection welding can be zinc plating between the galvanized steel extrusion, resulting in high quality joints.
