目的调查出口澳门的水产养殖场的鲜活淡水鱼和塘水中致病性弧菌的分布情况,分析两者间致病性弧菌的检出情况以及与季节的关系,探讨致病性弧菌与人类相关疾患的关系。方法采用增菌分离后生化试验及 VITEK 全自动生化分析仪,对30份淡水鱼和26份塘水进行致病性弧菌的鉴定。结果在样品中检出15种致病性弧菌,它们是副溶血弧菌、溶藻弧菌、类志贺邻单胞菌、温和气单胞菌、霍乱弧菌、拟态弧菌、豚鼠气单胞菌、沙鱼弧菌、创伤弧菌等,其中类志贺邻单胞菌、副溶血弧菌、温和气单胞菌、非01群/非 O139群霍乱弧菌、溶藻弧菌、拟态弧菌检出率最高。结论鲜活淡水鱼和塘水中普遍存在致病性弧菌,淡水鱼中致病性弧菌的分布与其在塘水中分布是密切相关的,生食或进食未加工熟透的鲜活淡水鱼有可能感染食源性疾病。
Objective To investigate the distribution of pathogenic Vibrio spp in freshwater fish and pond water of aquaculture farms exported to Macao and analyze the relationship between the detection of pathogenic Vibrio spp. And seasons and the pathogenic Vibrio Relationship with human disorders. Methods The pathogenic Vibrio was identified in 30 freshwater fish and 26 ponds by the biochemical test after enrichment and VITEK automatic biochemical analyzer. Results Fifteen pathogenic Vibrio spp. Were detected in the samples, which were Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio alginolyticus, Pseudomonas shigelloides, Aeromonas sobria, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio mimicus, guinea pig gas Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus and the like, among which, Pseudomonas syringae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Aeromonas sobria, non-01 group / non-O139 group Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio alginolyticus, Vibrio detected the highest rate. Conclusion Vibrio pathogenicity is common in freshwater freshwater fish and pond water. The distribution of pathogenic vibrio in freshwater fish is closely related to its distribution in pond water. It is possible that raw freshwater fish may be raw or raw uncooked Infectious foodborne illness.
