目的 探讨平滑肌肌动蛋白 /角蛋白免疫组化双标记法在乳腺疾病诊断以及鉴别诊断中的应用。方法 对乳腺正常组织、良性病变、原位癌、乳腺癌早期浸润以及浸润性癌共 2 0例进行标记。结果 乳腺正常组织、良性病变和叶状囊肉瘤中腺上皮细胞呈鲜红色 ,肌上皮细胞连续性围绕并形成棕色花冠样 ;原位癌癌巢周围肌上皮细胞数目减少 ,呈细绳样连续或不连续围绕 ;乳腺癌早期浸润中早期浸润灶及浸润性癌癌巢周围肌上皮细胞大部分消失或无肌上皮细胞围绕。结论 从乳腺正常组织、良性病变到原位癌、早期浸润和浸润性癌 ,肌上皮细胞的消失是一逐渐发展的过程 ,SMA/CK免疫组化双标记技术有助于乳腺疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断
Objective To investigate the application of double-labeling method of smooth muscle actin/keratin immunohistochemistry in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods A total of 20 cases of normal breast tissue, benign lesions, carcinoma in situ, early breast cancer invasion, and invasive cancer were marked. Results The glandular epithelial cells in normal breast tissue, benign lesions and phyllodes cystosarcoma were bright red. The myoepithelial cells continuously surrounded and formed a brown corolla. The number of myoepithelial cells around the nest in in situ carcinoma decreased, showing a string-like continuity or Discontinuous surround; early infiltration of breast cancer, early infiltration of invasive cancer, and infiltration of cancerous epithelial cells around the nest mostly disappear or no myoepithelial cells around. Conclusion The disappearance of myoepithelial cells is a progressive process from normal breast tissue, benign lesions to carcinoma in situ, early invasive and invasive carcinoma. SMA/CK immunohistochemistry double labeling technique is helpful for the diagnosis and identification of breast diseases. diagnosis
