Once palm oil is properly colonized, it grows very robust and rarely causes disease. However, nursery seedlings are rather fragile and must be carefully nurtured and managed. Regardless of the size of the oil palm garden, its success or failure depends mainly on whether it can be used to ensure the rapid and vigorous growth of plants planted well-developed seedlings. Therefore, the researches on seedling and colonization of oil palm will naturally cause extra attention of researchers. The sprouting of oil palm has become a topic widely studied by the West African Institute of Oil Palm (1959). An exquisite germination technique has now been devised. This technology allows growers to operate in a more timely manner and thus contributes to the improvement of nursery methods. This article
