邯钢推行的模拟市场核算、实行成本否决的经营机制引起各级领导、经济管理部门以及企业界的广泛关注后,有的新闻记者问我:“实行社会主义市场经济新体制,如何实现职工当家作主的主人翁地位,您对此怎么看?”我说,我特别赞赏一位著名经济学家的观点:社会主义市场经济的最大特点就是职工成为发展市场经济的主力军。在社会主义中国,没有广大职工参与,发展市场经济只是一句空话。我认为,全心全意依靠工人阶级,真正让他们当家作主,发挥他们的积极性和创造性,才是企业走向市场、在竞争中赢得胜利的优势所在。
