目的考察表面活性剂对中药提取液在浓缩过程中蒸发速率的影响。方法选择表面活性剂蔗糖硬脂酸酯,以不同相对密度中药提取液为考察对象,采用自制蒸发速率测定仪测定不同浓度的蔗糖硬脂酸酯对其蒸发速率的影响。结果中药提取液的相对密度越低,蔗糖硬脂酸酯对其蒸发速率的影响越大;对于不同相对密度的中药提取液,蔗糖硬脂酸酯的最佳浓度均为200 mg·kg-1。结论表面活性剂蔗糖硬脂酸酯可有效地提高中药提取液在浓缩过程中的蒸发速率。
Objective To investigate the effect of surfactant on the evaporation rate of Chinese herbal extract during the concentration process. Methods Surfactant sucrose stearate was selected as the object of study. The effects of different concentrations of sucrose stearate on the evaporation rate were determined by a homemade evaporation rate meter. Results The lower the relative density of the extract was, sucrose stearate had greater effect on its evaporation rate. The optimal concentration of sucrose stearate was 200 mg · kg-1 for different relative density extracts . Conclusion Surfactant sucrose stearate can effectively improve the evaporation rate of Chinese herbal extract in the process of concentration.
