北京市以供热计量收费改革为抓手,一手抓新建建筑的供热计量管理,一手抓既有建筑的供热计量系统改造,进一步推进了全市建筑与供热的节能减排工作。自2010年以来,北京市供热计量收费面积迅速增长,截至上采暖季,全市供热计量收费面积已达5640万平方米,其中公共建筑约4180万平方米,居住建筑为1460万平方米,供热计量收费面积比前一采暖季增加了1700平方米。
Beijing Municipality started with the reform of heating metering and charging, with one hand focusing on heating metering and management of new buildings and on the other hand reconstructing the heating metering system of existing buildings and further promoting energy conservation and emission reduction of buildings and heating in the city. Since 2010, the heating metering area in Beijing has rapidly increased. As of the heating season, the city’s heating metering area has reached 56.4 million square meters, including 41.8 million square meters for public buildings and 14.6 million square meters for residential buildings. Heating metering charging area than the previous heating season increased 1,700 square meters.
