近些年来随着教育的公平问题越来越受到社会的关注,政府也已经采取了一些措施来应对当前的教育不公平问题,然而并没有根本性的改变现状。在日常班级管理过程中,教育不公平问题非常普遍,使得学生受到不公平的待遇,进而阻碍了学生学习的积极性,同时也打击了学生的自信心。本文以此为出发点,首先分析了当前中学班级管理活动中教育公平的主要问题,进而提出一些合理化的措施。
In recent years, with the issue of equity in education getting more and more attention from the society, the government has taken some measures to tackle the current education inequity, but it has not fundamentally changed the status quo. In the process of daily class management, the problem of unfair education is very common, which makes the students unfairly treated, thus hindering students ’enthusiasm for learning and at the same time cracking down on students’ self-confidence. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the main problems of education fairness in current class management activities in secondary schools, and then puts forward some rationalized measures.
