高校校园是一个小型的公共社会,在新的社会形势下,高校的党建工作面临着许多新问题。如何使学生党员在高校校园小型公共社会中发挥先进性作用,成为高校教育工作者需要认真面对的重要问题。本文以2009年4月对浙江海洋学院的一项有关“学生党员先进性”调查问卷为基础,对新形势下高校党建理论研究、高校党组织建设、高校党员管理监督制度建设等进行了探讨。
