非婚生子女追索抚养费问题,是否需要先行确定亲子关系?父母在未起诉离婚情况下,是否有权向另一方追索抚养费?追索抚养费行使权利的主体是子女本人还是父母中的一方?本文通过案例具体分析提出了处理意见,以期见教于同行。
