汽车减振器原有的测试方法,不仅效率低,而且精度差,很不稳定,严重影响了减振器的质量。本文介绍以386计算机为核心,配以计算机输入、输出接口板,高精度的力传感器和位移传感器及相应的数据处理软件构成的减振器的精确测试系统。
The original test method of the automobile shock absorber is not only inefficient, but also has poor precision and instability, seriously affecting the quality of the shock absorber. This article describes the 386 computer as the core, together with the computer input and output interface board, high-precision force sensor and displacement sensor and the corresponding data processing software consisting of shock absorber accurate test system.
