与以往的以硫化钠为硫源采用高温聚合合成聚芳硫醚类树脂的方法不同,采用先合成含硫醚键的单体,然后进行低温溶液缩聚,合成了高分子量的新型聚芳硫醚砜酰胺(PASSA)树脂,其特性粘度可达到0.75 dL/g。并对单体及聚合物进行了结构与性能表征。通过热分析得出聚合物的玻璃化温度为279.9℃,热分解温度为461.5℃,表明PASSA具有优良的热性能,是一种新型的具有优良耐热性能的树脂。其溶解性实验表明其为优良的耐化学腐蚀性树脂,具有广阔的应用前景。
Different from the previous method of synthesizing polyarylene sulfide resin by high temperature polymerization using sodium sulfide as sulfur source, a novel polyarylene sulfide with high molecular weight was synthesized by first synthesizing monomers containing thioether bonds and then carrying out polycondensation at low temperature. Sulfonamide (PASSA) resin with an intrinsic viscosity of up to 0.75 dL / g. The structure and properties of monomers and polymers were characterized. The thermal analysis shows that the glass transition temperature of the polymer is 279.9 ℃ and the thermal decomposition temperature is 461.5 ℃, indicating that PASSA has excellent thermal properties and is a new type of resin with excellent heat resistance. Its solubility test shows that it is an excellent chemical resistant resin with broad application prospects.
