报告主要说明利用风化煤制取腐植酸——微生物蛋白饲料产品的方法。并通过试验证明,此方法在技术上、经济上是可行的。文中既引用了前人利用风化煤中腐植酸的肯定结论,又列举了作者通过中试研究,产生的生产工艺流程、及产品的特性、安全性和产品在畜禽饲养中的良好效益。报告中指出,制取腐植酸——微生物蛋白饲料的生产工艺,其主要部分由CandidaLipotytica 47~#的特性所决定。该菌对外界条件要求不严格,对碳源的适应性强。通过该工艺生产的产品,含粗蛋白质45—55%,含改性腐植酸15—25%,含有动物所必需的氨基酸、多量元素、微量元素、维生素。产品无毒。在喂养畜禽中,可50%替代进口淡鱼粉,猪的粗蛋白可消化率66—75%,可同进口淡鱼粉相媲美。鸡的喂养结果:日增重提高26.2%,成活率提高20%,饲料报酬提高26.7%。报告列举年产5000吨规模的工厂,产品成本2000元/吨以下。报告指出,发展腐植酸——微生物蛋白饲料,废弃的风化煤被利用,社会效益显著,企业的经济效益可观。
