介绍了一种具有示教功能的焊枪可作多轴姿态调整的交流TIG焊接系统,适用于复杂外形结构的铝合金箱体的焊接生产。其机械系统不仅能使焊枪沿二个直角坐标方向做复合调整,而且还能使焊枪做姿态调整,便于实现空间曲线焊缝的焊接。控制系统由主机系统和示教系统组成,由各自的单片机控制,焊枪的运动轨迹由示教编程器示教完成。采取了多项防干扰措施,保证了整个系统在引弧、稳弧高频和电网网压波动干扰下的正常工作。该焊接系统经生产运行证明整体性能稳定,产品合格率达98%以上,实现了低成本自动化。
An AC TIG welding system with multi-axis attitude adjustment for welding torch with teaching function is introduced, which is suitable for the welding production of aluminum alloy box with complex shape and structure. The mechanical system not only enables the torch to make compound adjustment along two orthogonal coordinate directions, but also enables the gun to make posture adjustment so as to facilitate the welding of the space curve weld. Control system consists of the host system and the teaching system, controlled by the respective single-chip, torch trajectory taught by the teach programmer to complete. A number of anti-interference measures have been taken to ensure the normal operation of the entire system under the conditions of arc starting, steady arc high frequency and network voltage fluctuation interference. The welding system proved by the operation of the overall performance of stable, product qualification rate of 98% or more, to achieve a low-cost automation.
