长期以来,物理课外活动在朝着两个极端发展。一是组织少数人参加的科技兴趣小组,开展航模、无线电之类的活动。它的条件是既要有这方面特长的物理教师指导,还要有经费和器材做保证;一是大面积组织补课或竞赛输导活动,它的做法是人人参加,讲练结合,外加考试训导。前者,受条件限制,发展有不少困难,且面太窄;后者,负担太重,且违背教育规律。
