教师在教学过程中,关注差生,帮助差生进步,是做教师的重要工作之一。要想班级的学习成绩整体得到提高,转变差生是关键。使优生和差生都能得到提高。教师要注重学生的差异,采取多种教学方法、多种要求,全面贯彻因材施教的原则。(1)采取小组合作学习的方式,发挥小组长的作用。(2)利用差异性,结对兵练兵。(3)利用上进心,发掘学习动力,利用荣誉感,开展竞争活动。(4)加强个别教学,促进差异发展。(5)让课堂成为学生快乐的天堂。
Teachers in the teaching process, focusing on poor students to help poor students progress, is one of the important tasks of teachers.
