安徽省水政、水资源工作起步较晚,省级水政机构1990年元月才批准成立,5月正式开展工作。近两年来,在各级政府的重视和支持下,经过广大水利职工特别是水政、水资源工作者的艰苦努力,我省水政、水资源工作取得了突破性进展。同时,水政、水资源工作又是一项新的工作,涉及面广,政策性强,难度较大。如何开创水政、水资源工作的新局面,通过近两年的实践,我们得到以下五点启示:
The water administration and water resources in Anhui Province started relatively late. The provincial water administration was approved only in January 1990 and officially started its work in May. In the past two years, with the great attention and support of governments at all levels, the water conservancy administration and water resources in our province have made breakthrough progress through the hard work of the vast number of water conservancy workers, especially the water administration and water resources workers. At the same time, water administration and water resources work is another new job involving a wide range of policies and a more difficult policy. How to create a new situation in water administration and water resources work? Through the past two years of practice, we have got the following five enlightenments:
