零售企业从2011年开始就一直面临着高成本、高竞争、资源垄断、低回报、难扩张等难题,因此很难扩张。互联网发展迅速,传统零售企业面临营业利润下降等多种问题,现在大多数企业选择通过依靠“互联网+”模式,搭建O2O(Online to Offline)平台,降低生产者成本、加快生产者与消费者供求关系的沟通,提高销售份额。本文运用SWOT法分析020带给以红旗连锁为例的传统零售业的效益及影响,并提出相应建议。
Since 2011, retail enterprises have been facing the problems of high cost, high competition, monopoly of resources, low returns and difficulty in expansion. Therefore, it is difficult to expand. With the rapid development of the Internet and traditional retail enterprises facing various problems such as declining operating profit, most enterprises now choose to set up O2O (Online to Offline) platforms by relying on the “Internet +” model to reduce producer costs and speed up producer and consumer spending The relationship between supply and demand, improve sales share. This article uses the method of SWOT to analyze the benefits and impacts of 020 to the traditional retail industry with the example of Hongqi Chain, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
