采用自制的快冷装置制取了Al-2.5Li-1.6Mg-1.OCu-0.2Zr粉末及粉末沉积片。研究了它们的结构,通过显微结构与加热温度关系研究,确定其适宜的热压温度为450℃。采用真空热压、挤压-镦粗-挤压、再热处理的工艺制得了性能优异的合金材料。研究了合金的显微结构。合金的最终晶粒度为1~3μm。
Al-2.5Li-1.6Mg-1.OCu-0.2Zr powder and powder deposit were prepared by self-made rapid cooling equipment. Their structures were studied, and the relationship between microstructure and heating temperature was studied. The suitable hot pressing temperature was 450 ℃. Using vacuum hot pressing, extrusion - upsetting - extrusion, reheat process obtained excellent performance of alloy materials. The microstructure of the alloy was studied. The final grain size of the alloy is 1 ~ 3μm.
