目的分析三种角膜直径测量方法对角膜水平直径测量的一致性及其在后房型有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术(IOL)中的应用。设计诊断试验。研究对象行双眼ICL植入的患者23例46眼。方法术前应用量规、IOLMaster及Pentacam眼前节分析系统三种测量方法测量角膜水平直径,比较三种方法测量结果的相关性及一致性。主要指标相关系数、95%的一致性界限(Lo A)。结果量规、Pentacam、IOLMaster测量46眼的角膜水平直径分别为(11.60±0.34)、(11.54±0.32)、(11.94±0.35)mm。量规与Pentacam,量规与IOLMaster,Pentacam与IOLMaster测量结果均高度相关(r=0.895、0.897、0.874,P均=0.000)。量规和Pentacam、量规和IOLMaster、Pentacam与IOLMaster测量结果的95%Lo A分别为(-0.24,0.36)mm,(-0.68,0.01)mm,(-0.70,-0.09)mm。结论量规与Pentacam在有晶状体眼人工晶状体植入术测量角膜水平直径的应用中一致性较好,临床应用中可相互替代。量规与IOLMaster、Pentacam与IOLMaster在临床应用中不可相互替代。
Objective To analyze the consistency of corneal diameter measurements with corneal diameter measurements and its application in posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation (IOL). Design diagnostic test. Subjects underwent bilateral ICL implantation in 23 patients with 46 eyes. Methods The corneal horizontal diameter was measured by three kinds of measurement methods, IOLMaster and Pentacam Anterior Segment Analysis System before operation. The correlation and consistency of the three methods were compared. The main indicator correlation coefficient, 95% of the consistency limit (Lo A). Results The corneal diameters measured by Pentacam and IOLMaster in 46 eyes were (11.60 ± 0.34), (11.54 ± 0.32) and (11.94 ± 0.35) mm, respectively. Gauge and Pentacam, gauge and IOLMaster, Pentacam and IOLMaster measurements were highly correlated (r = 0.895,0.897,0.874, P = 0.000). The 95% Lo A of the gauge and Pentacam, gauge and IOLMaster, Pentacam and IOLMaster were (-0.24, 0.36) mm, (-0.68, 0.01) mm, (-0.70, -0.09) mm, respectively. CONCLUSIONS: Gauges and Pentacam have good agreement in the application of phakic intraocular lens implantation for the measurement of corneal horizontal diameter, and may be substituted for each other in clinical application. Gauges and IOLMaster, Pentacam and IOLMaster are not mutually replaceable in clinical applications.
