本文采用低温-钾盐乙醇法和低温-丙酮法从鲜鱼油及从制备鱼粉下脚料中制备富含高纯度廿碳五烯酸(EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)甲酯,实验表明本方法可行,EPA,DHA两者收率之和超过目前市售此类产品两者之和(约60%左右)的含量,为开发鱼油新资源提供了科学依据。
In this paper, high-purity eicosanoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) methyl ester were prepared from fresh fish oil and fish meal by using low temperature-potassium salt ethanol method and low temperature-acetone method. It shows that the method is feasible and the sum of the yield of EPA and DHA exceeds the sum of the products (about 60%) of the current market, which provides a scientific basis for the development of new fish oil resources.
