无搭接环形橡胶履带一次硫化成型模具型腔由多组径向可移动的内模块和外模块构成,由多块径向呈放射状向外扩展的内模块成型内表面,由向内呈放射状收缩的外模块成型外表面。利用COSMOSWorks软件的有限元分析功能,模拟加载后的应力、应变、位移情况,对本模具进行强度和刚度分析,优化了模具的结构,提高了设计效率。
