倾斜分层下行垮落采煤法的区段集中平巷布置

本文通过对巷道维护,煤柱损失,采区生产能力,运输和巷道掘进等技术经济因素的分析,研究了倾斜分层下行垮落采煤法的区段集中平巷的合理布置.由于各方案的区段平巷与回采空间相互位置关系的不同,使回采所引起的矿山压力显现对巷道维护的影响显著不同.文章根据在各矿的观测资料,阐述了各方案的区段集中平巷受采动影响后的维护特征,分析了它们在维护上的差别,并计算了各方案的吨煤巷道维修费用.按照改善巷道维护和降低煤柱损失等观点,提出了确定各方案区段煤柱的形状和尺寸的若干原则,并计算了区段煤柱损失率和分析了煤柱损失的经济价值.此外,还根据煤炭运输、巷道掘进等计算了各方案区段内的吨煤总费用.通过各方案的技术经济分析后认为,在厚煤层内用煤柱维护区段集中平巷的巷道布置,因巷道维护极其困难,煤柱损失很大,不宜采用.区段内无集中平巷、各分层依次采掘的方案,虽存在不少缺陷,但它的区段平巷较易维护,并可显著地降低区段煤柱损失,因此在目前还不具备开掘岩石区段集中平巷的条件下,仍可采用.煤层分层数三个以上时,将区段集中平巷布置在较稳定的底板岩层里,在技术经济上一般均优于上述区段平巷沿厚煤层布置的方案.缓倾斜厚煤层(三个分层)与邻近薄或中厚煤层的间距不超过20~30米时,将区段集中平巷布置在下部较稳定的邻近煤层内也是有利的.
