文章通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,对河南理工大学社会体育专业网球专选课的技术教学方法进行研究。本实验在网球技术教学过程中,运用心理定向教学法,将学生的心理活动与动作练习结合起来,对教学所需的心理结构进行定向构建和培养。结果表明:心理定向法组织教学,能突出心理认知对技术的控制作用,有利于学生掌握完整动作,提高运动技能,提高教学效率。
Through literature research, experimental method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper studies the technical teaching methods of social science PE specialty tennis course of Henan Polytechnic University. In the process of tennis technique teaching, this experiment uses the psychology oriented teaching method to combine the students’ psychological activities and action exercises to construct and train the psychological structure needed for teaching. The results show that: Psychological orientation of teaching organization, can highlight the psychological cognitive control of the technology, help students master the complete action, improve motor skills, improve teaching efficiency.
