自从《泡泡堂》、《劲乐团》、《街头篮球》、《跑跑卡丁车》等休闲网络游戏引进国内后,休闲网络游戏便大行其道,风靡程度不亚于MMORPG领域的最强王者《魔兽世界》。这种简单的对战娱乐方式吸引了大批业余时间并不多的玩家,而其免费游戏道具收费的模式也开创了多元化的网络游戏消费方式。如今越来越多的厂商开始关注休闲网游的市场,并推出了不少产品,其中也不乏精品。然而有些新近推出的休闲网游却不思进取,妄想以不成熟的游戏内容开创新的休闲方式,《踢蹋球》就是其中一例。
