为研究冠状动脉结扎前后心脏不同状态下心率分形维数的变化特征 ,运用非线性动力学的分形维数算法 ,观察8条健康犬单纯浅麻醉、开胸、接呼吸机和冠状动脉结扎前后等不同状态下心率分形维数的变化。结果显示 :分形维数以单纯浅麻醉时最大 ,开胸和接呼吸机后略有减小 ;结扎冠状动脉后较单纯浅麻醉状态非常明显减小 (P<0.01)。认为心率分形维数能较敏感地反应心脏的储备功能 ,可作为检测心肌缺血状态的指标。
In order to study the changes of heart rate fractal dimension under different cardiac states before and after coronary artery ligation, the fractal dimension algorithm of nonlinear dynamics was used to observe the effects of simple shallow anesthesia, thoracotomy, ventilator and coronary artery ligation Changes of heart rate fractal dimension in different states. The results showed that the fractal dimension was the largest in simple shallow anesthesia and slightly decreased after thoracotomy and ventilator resuscitation. Compared with simple shallow anesthesia, the fractal dimension was significantly reduced after coronary artery ligation (P <0.01). That the fractal dimension of heart rate can more sensitively reflect the reserve function of the heart can be used as an indicator of myocardial ischemia status.
