中国铁通组建以来,始终坚持“抓班子、带队伍、促发展”的工作思路,紧密结合公司组建、建设、市场开拓各个阶段的中心工作,从思想、组织、作风、制度等方面,不断加强各级领导班子建设。在移交国资委管理以后,公司党委下发了《中国铁通“四好”领导班子创建活动实施方案》,细化了“政治素质好、经营业绩好、团结协作好、作风形象好”的具体要求,大力加强了领导班子思想建设、组织建设、制度建设和作风建设,使各级领导班子的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力得到增强。
