新课改越往前推进,越加显示出课程领导力的作用。因此笔者认为要真正落实新课改,校长起着关键作用。校长应该是新理念的倡导者,新课程的践行者,新教学的引路人,新课堂的开拓者。校长对新课改的领导力直接影响着学校推行新课程的质量与水准。所以,实施新课程,提升校长的课程领导力刻不容缓。 The new curriculum reform to move forward more and more shows the role of curriculum leadership. Therefore, I believe that to truly implement the new curriculum reform, the principal plays a key role. Principals should be the proponents of new ideas, practitioners of new courses, pilots of new teaching, pioneers of new classes. The principal’s leadership of the new curriculum reform directly affects the quality and standard of the new curriculum in schools. Therefore, the implementation of the new curriculum, enhance the leadership of the principal’s curriculum without delay.
