本文通过分析本企业人才储备现状,阐述了企业人才储备与大学生实践互动双赢之间的关系,针对当前企业人才储备与大学生就业问题及现状进行分析,提出在当前社会就业问题如此严峻的形式下,企业和高校人才培养基地应该如何完成对接,培养企业需要的人才,留得住的人才,为企业发展提供持续动力。希望通过本文的分析能改善企业人才储备现。
This paper analyzes the status quo of the talent pool in this enterprise, elaborates the relationship between the enterprise talent pool and the practical interactive win-win situation of university students. According to the analysis of the present enterprise talent pool and the employment status and current situation of college students, this paper puts forward that under the current severe problem of social employment, How enterprises and colleges and universities personnel training base should complete the docking, cultivate the talent needed by the enterprise, retain the talents, and provide continuous power for the development of the enterprise.
