阿月浑子(维吾尔语名皮斯特)原产中亚,当地仍保留其野生丛林,欧美已有人工栽培。据考证,阿月浑子在唐代已传入我国。《本草拾遗》(公元739年)记述:“阿月浑子,味温无毒,主治诸痢去冷气,令人肥健,生西国……”,《西阳杂俎》亦载:“胡榛子、阿月,生西国……”。我国解放初期,仅新疆疏附县伯什克拉木乡有十余株阿月浑子,北京、南京、西安等植物园曾少量引种。现在阿月浑子在全疆树龄20年以上的大树不足百株,确为我国的稀有果树。
Pistachio (Uyghur name Pistus) originated in Central Asia, the local retains its wild jungle, Europe and the United States has been cultivated. According to research, pistachio has been introduced into our country in the Tang Dynasty. “Herbal Supplements” (AD 739) states: “Pistachios, taste temperature non-toxic, attending all kinds of diarrhea to the air-conditioning, it is plump, born in the West ...”, “Xiyang miscellaneous boil” also contains: “Hu Hazelnut, A month, born in the West ... ... ”. In the early days of the liberation of our country, there were only a dozen pistachios in Beishkalamu Township, Shufu County, Xinjiang Province. Botanical gardens in Beijing, Nanjing and Xi’an were introduced in small quantities. Pistachios in Xinjiang now more than 20 years old trees less than one hundred trees, indeed, our country’s rare fruit trees.
