从实验、理论及应用三方面研究了θ法修正方程在 10CrMo910钢蠕变寿命评估中的应用。研究结果表明,用θ法修正方程对10CrMo910钢蠕变断裂性能数据进行处理效果较好;热力学理论研究阐述了θ法修正方程中三参数与应力及激活能的关系,指出可用短时高应力下的蠕变试验数据来确定低应力下的长期蠕变曲线;运用该方法对发电厂主汽管道的剩余寿命进行评估,实践证明其结果与传统法结果及管道实际蠕胀状况相吻合。此外,通过该方法还可描述管道在实际运行状态下的变形量与时间的关系曲线,从而为管道蠕胀测量工作提供了理论依据。
The application of θ correction equation in creep life assessment of 10CrMo910 steel was studied from the aspects of experiment, theory and application. The results show that the creep rupture performance of 10CrMo910 steel is better treated by θ correction equation. The thermodynamics theory expounds the relationship between the three parameters and stress and activation energy in θ correction equation. Creep test data to determine the long-term creep curve under low stress. By using this method, the remaining life of the main steam pipe of the power plant is evaluated. The results show that the results agree well with the results of traditional method and actual creeping condition. In addition, the method can also describe the deformation curve of the pipeline in actual operation and the time curve, thus providing a theoretical basis for the pipeline creep measurement.
