民族文化既是一个民族精神世界的写照,同时也是这个民族所创造的物质文化和精神文化的结晶。莫力达瓦达斡尔族自治旗是我国东北达斡尔族集中聚居、民族传统文化积淀浓厚的地区,是我国三个少数民族自治旗之一。民族文化的多样性是东北地区民族文化的显著特征,但在西部大开发与经济全球化背景下,体现民族特色的民族文化遗产正大量流失,要构建社会主义和谐社会,就必须重视和加强对少数民族传统文化的保护传承和开发利用。

The Mori Dawa Daur Autonomous Banner is a concentrated area where the traditional Daurian culture is concentrated in the Daur nationality in northeastern China and is one of the three nationalities in our country. The diversity of national cultures is a distinctive feature of ethnic cultures in northeast China. However, under the background of western development and economic globalization, ethnic cultural heritages that reflect ethnic characteristics are greatly lost. To build a socialist harmonious society, we must attach importance to and strengthen the Protection, Inheritance and Development and Utilization of Minority Traditional Culture.
