利用OM、SEM、XRD、万能试验机及布氏硬度计对不同锂含量的铸态Mg-x Li-5Sn合金的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究。结果表明,合金中添加Li后,可析出在晶界网状分布Li_2MgSn相和在晶粒内部呈颗粒状弥散分布的少量Mg_2Sn相;随着Li含量的升高析出相先增多后减少。Li可使合金晶粒细化。在添加量为4%时,合金晶粒尺寸最小,力学性能最好,抗拉强度为126 MPa,布氏硬度为63 HB。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of as-cast Mg-x Li-5Sn alloys with different lithium content were investigated by OM, SEM, XRD, universal testing machine and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that Li2MgSn phase precipitated in the grain boundary and a small amount of Mg2Sn phase dispersedly dispersed in the grain can be precipitated when Li is added into the alloy. The precipitates increase first and then decrease with increasing Li content. Li can make alloy grain refinement. When the addition amount is 4%, the alloy has the smallest grain size and the best mechanical properties. The tensile strength is 126 MPa and the Brinell hardness is 63 HB.
