目的观察愈伤Ⅰ号合剂超声雾化吸入治疗气道损伤的临床疗效。方法将100例气道损伤患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组50例,观察组给予愈伤Ⅰ号合剂超声雾化吸入,对照组给予庆大霉素注射液加地塞米松注射液雾化吸入,疗程均为5日,两组对症治疗相同。对比两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分及体征消失时间等情况。结果观察组总有效率为96%,对照组为82%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后症状积分以及体征消失时间组间比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论愈伤Ⅰ号合剂超声雾化吸入治疗气道损伤具有良好临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of callus Ⅰ mixture inhalation in the treatment of airway injury. Methods 100 cases of airway injury were randomly divided into observation group of 50 cases and control group of 50 cases, the observation group was given callus Ⅰ mixture inhalation, the control group was given gentamicin injection plus dexamethasone injection Inhalation, treatment are 5 days, symptomatic treatment of the same two groups. The clinical efficacy, symptom score and disappearance time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 96% in the observation group and 82% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was significant difference between the two groups in symptom score and disappearance of signs P <0.05). Conclusion Callus Ⅰ mixture inhalation of airway injury has a good clinical effect.
