长期以来,软件技术人才培养的办学主体在高校,人才培养基本上按“通才”模式进行,与市场需求严重脱节。实施软件人才培养三方合作办学模式,高校通过教育中介服务机构引入国外著名软件厂商进行联合办学,办学体制和组成成分发生重大变革,形成了一种全新的合作办学运行机制。
