针对Ti60高温钛合金在熔炼上的技术难点,通过选择合适的中间合金,并控制最佳熔化工艺,采用真空自耗电弧熔炼制备了Ф710 mm大规格Ti-60合金铸锭。铸锭表面质量良好,没有夹杂和冷隔等冶金缺陷。其组分中各种合金元素和杂质元素在轴向上分布均匀。研究了Mo、Nb、Ta、C等高熔点合金元素以及低熔点合金元素Sn的添加方式和熔炼工艺参数对该合金铸锭成分均匀性的影响。由该铸锭加工的棒材和环材,经航空部门检验及复验,均达到相应的技术指标要求。
Aimed at the technical difficulties of Ti60 high temperature titanium alloy in smelting, the Ф710 mm large size Ti-60 alloy ingot was prepared by vacuum consumable arc melting by selecting appropriate master alloy and controlling the optimal melting process. The ingot surface quality is good, there is no inclusions and cold insulation and other metallurgical defects. Its components in a variety of alloy elements and impurity elements in the axial distribution. The effects of the addition methods of high melting point alloying elements such as Mo, Nb, Ta, C and Sn and the melting process parameters on the homogeneity of ingot composition were studied. The ingot processed by the ingot and ring material, the aviation sector inspection and re-inspection, have reached the corresponding technical requirements.
