目的探讨肝癌患者行精准肝切除术前后口服肠内营养混悬液对患者术后康复的影响。方法将54例接受精准肝切除术的肝癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组27例。观察组围手术期在常规护理基础上按计划口服肠内营养混悬液;对照组采用常规治疗,未口服肠内营养液。比较两组术后肠功能恢复、肝功能恢复情况及术后住院时间。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者手术后第1、7天的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组的肠功能恢复加快,术后住院时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受精准肝切除术的肝癌患者围手术期口服肠内营养混悬液,有
Objective To investigate the effect of oral enteral nutrition suspension before and after hepatectomy on postoperative rehabilitation in patients with liver cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients with hepatocellular carcinoma undergoing accurate hepatectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 27 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were enrolled in the enteral nutrition suspension according to the schedule on the basis of routine nursing during perioperative period. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy without oral enteral nutrition solution. Intestinal function recovery, liver function recovery and postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in the observation group decreased significantly at the first and seventh days after operation (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the recovery of intestinal function accelerated, The postoperative hospitalization time was shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).
